INGREDIENTS
Ghee- 2 Tblspn
Cottage Cheese (Diced)- 500 Grms
Green Peas- 150 Grms
Chopped Tomato- 200 Grms
Salt To Taste
Chopped Onions- 200 Grms
Ginger Garlic (Paste)- 100 Grms
Coriander Powder- 1 Tblspn
Turmeric Powder- 1 Tblspn
Cumin seeds- 5 Grms
Red Chili Powder- 1 Tblspn
Water- 100 Mltr
PREPARATION
- Heat the pan, add ghee
- Add cumin seeds, chopped onion and tomato and cook until oil releases.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste
- Add ginger garlic paste and peas to sauté
- Add water and simmer as desired
- Add cottage cheese and cook until hot. Serve hot!
