Ghee- 2 Tblspn

Cottage Cheese (Diced)- 500 Grms

Green Peas- 150 Grms

Chopped Tomato- 200 Grms

Salt To Taste

Chopped Onions- 200 Grms

Ginger Garlic (Paste)- 100 Grms

Coriander Powder- 1 Tblspn

Turmeric Powder- 1 Tblspn

Cumin seeds- 5 Grms

Red Chili Powder- 1 Tblspn

Water- 100 Mltr


  1. Heat the pan, add ghee
  2. Add cumin seeds, chopped onion and tomato and cook until oil releases.
  3. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and peas to sauté
  5. Add water and simmer as desired
  6. Add cottage cheese and cook until hot. Serve hot!
