INGREDIENTS
Arhar Dal (Soaked)- 500Gms
Ghee - 2Tblspn
Water - 1Ltrs
Salt To taste
Garlic (Slivered) - 2Cloves
Turmeric Powder - 1Tbsp
Red Chillies (Whole) - 3
Cumin - 2
Yoghurt (Beaten)- 100Gms
PREPARATION
- Add ghee and heat.
- Add garlic, cumin, whole red chilies and turmeric respectively.
- Cook until temper is ready.
- Add soaked dal along with water.
- Add salt and pressure cook the dal first whistle on high, second whistle on low heat.
- Let off steam.
- Add yogurt while stirring gently.
- Cook for five minutes.
- Serve hot.
