INGREDIENTS

Ghee- 2 Tblspn

Boiled Eggs- 6

Fenugreek Seeds- 6-8 seeds

Salt To Taste

Chopped Onions- 2

Ginger Garlic Paste- 1Tblspn

Tomato Puree- 100gms

Coriander Powder- 2Tblspn

Red Chili Powder To taste

Turmeric Powder- 1 Tspn

Cumin Powder- 1Tspn

Coriander Leaves (Chopped)- Small Bunch

Water- 200 Mtlr

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the pan, add ghee.
  2. Shallow fry boiled eggs until golden then take the eggs out.
  3. Add fenugreek seeds and onions to the remaining oil in the pan, cook until golden brown.
  4. Add salt to taste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and sauté.
  5. Add tomato puree and cook till the oil is released again.
  6. Add water and simmer as desired.
  7. Now add eggs again.
  8. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot!
