INGREDIENTS
Ghee- 2 Tblspn
Boiled Eggs- 6
Fenugreek Seeds- 6-8 seeds
Salt To Taste
Chopped Onions- 2
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1Tblspn
Tomato Puree- 100gms
Coriander Powder- 2Tblspn
Red Chili Powder To taste
Turmeric Powder- 1 Tspn
Cumin Powder- 1Tspn
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)- Small Bunch
Water- 200 Mtlr
PREPARATION
- Heat the pan, add ghee.
- Shallow fry boiled eggs until golden then take the eggs out.
- Add fenugreek seeds and onions to the remaining oil in the pan, cook until golden brown.
- Add salt to taste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and sauté.
- Add tomato puree and cook till the oil is released again.
- Add water and simmer as desired.
- Now add eggs again.
- Garnish with coriander. Serve hot!
