Annu's mom Karuna used to make Chole Bhature every weekend when she
was a kid. The golden tradition followed for ages, until the world and its
cuisines hit her and she untied herself from this tradition.
Parul says that a lot of her childhood memories are linked to her mother,
Kanchan's cooking. There was a special comfort and warmth attached to the
aroma of the Atta Pinni prepared by her nana (maternal grandfather).
