The brand was conceived over a dinner table conversation amongst close friends. With the vision of delivering memorable food experiences and not just delivering food, the founders wanted to revive the lost legacies of culinary practices like dum, chargrilling, slow-cooking and artisanal tandoor baking.

A hand-picked team, with state-of-the-art facilities for them to work their magic, Biryani Central combines traditional cooking processes and modern technology to serve as the go to place for lovers of Indian food.

  • Mutton Stew aur Bakarkhani


    Mutton Stew has been prepared by slow cooking lamb chunks and spicing them up with peppercorns chillies & onions. Bakharkhani is a classic Afghani Bread baked in an iron tandoor.

  • Bhuna Gosht aur Taftan


    Made with generous chunks of lamb cooked in onion & yoghurt gravy & spiced with garam masala & topped with a dollop of garlic yoghurt. Taftan is a leavened flour bread encased with puff pastry and baked in an iron tandoor.

  • Gosht Nehari aur Taftan


    Gosht Nehari is a brothy stew of goat meat & trotters, brewed in signature spices. Taftan is leavened flour bread encased with puff pastry & baked in an iron tandoor.

  • Saag Chicken aur Lachcha Parantha


    A mustard green dish cooked to perfection with chunks of chicken, maize flour & with a hint of garlic, Saag Chicken is also served with a dollop of white butter. A traditional staple bread made from wheat, Lachcha Parantha is prepared in a clay oven tandoor.

  • Sarson ka Saag aur Makki ki Roti


    Sarson Ka Saag is a gravy dish made from mustard leaves, spinach & bathua along with maize flour, spices & dollops of butter. Makki Ki Roti has maize flour, butter, ghee & fenugreek leaves.

  • Chana Masala aur Kulcha


    Chana Masala has large chickpeas cooked with onion tomato gravy, potlee masala & flavoured with savoury spiced green herbs. Kulcha is leavened whole-wheat bread that has vegetable & is topped with butter.

  • Kakori Kebab aur Sheermal


    The super soft Kakori Kebab is prepared using mangoes to tenderdise the meat. Sheermal is an unleavened bread flavoured with saffron & cardamom, & enriched with desi ghee.

  • Paneer Lababdar aur Lachcha Parantha


    Paneer Labbabdar has cottage cheese cooked in a creamy tomato sauce. Lachcha Parantha is a traditional staple bread made from wheat, prepared in a clay oven tandoor.

  • Rajma Masala aur Kulcha


    Rajma Masala is a preparation of kidney beans in onion gravy cooked with ginger & garlic. Kulcha is leavened whole-wheat bread that has vegetables & is topped with butter.

  • Haleem aur Bakarkhani


    Haleem is a delightful stew of grains & meat in whole spices cooked to perfection, & garnished with fried onions, mint & lemon wedges. Bakharkhani is classic Afghani Bread baked in an iron tandoor.

    Gajar Ka Halwa has juicy tender carrots grated & simmered in milk & garnished with almonds.
